The Koonya Garlic Festival – Tasman Penninsula

The Koonya Garlic Festival held annually in February as a quirky celebration of garlic, which is grown widely and very successfully on the Tasman Penninsula. The Festival holds a garlic competition with expert judges, talks and discussions, craft activities, market stalls and lots of delicious food perfect for a picnic in one of the prettiest villages in Tasmania.
